Review by hotel critic
The Quality Inn, located in the heart of the business district, serves as a practical choice for corporate retreats. During my stay, the hotel provided essential business amenities that were crucial for my work needs. The 24-hour gym allowed for convenient workouts, which is vital for someone like me, who prioritizes fitness even while traveling. My experience was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, I faced trouble accessing my first room, which necessitated an inconvenient room change. The room itself had temperature inconsistencies with the taps, and I also had to retrieve washcloths from the front desk. While the bed was comfortable for rest after a long day of meetings, the noise each time I moved was unsettling. The coffee provided was subpar, and I found it lacking in flavor. The staff interactions varied, with one gentleman being exceptionally helpful, contrasting with a less welcoming reception from a night staff member. While the hotel boasts a business center and free Wi-Fi, improvements in service quality would enhance the overall experience for business travelers.
